"要不是......": if not ... (which is more natural comparing to "如果不是......")
"travel agency": 旅行社"
"要不是 旅行-社 幫-我 安排-了 這-趟 旅行..."
(lit: if not travel-agency help-me arrange-(already) this-(counting unit for trips) trip..."
or
"要不是 旅行-社 安排-了 我 這-趟 旅行..."
Azhong's comment from Taiwan.
P.S.: later after my previous response, which is mainly based on your English translation, I saw in the English forum this English translation from linguoboy:
"If the travel agency hadn't arranged/booked it for me..."
to arrange (a plan, etc): 安排 (計畫)
to book (a hotel, etc) :訂(旅館)
for me: 為我
I try again, to meet better the translation version of linguo's where "the trip" is replaced by "it", this is my another version, to omit "旅行" too:
"要不是 旅行-社 為我 安排 這一趟 ..."
P.S. 2: just for fun then, I pushed myself to study with effort the German sphrase you've provided:
"Wenn mich das Reisebüro nicht vermittelt hätte..."
(if me.DAT the trip-bureau not arranged had.SUBJ)
So another version:
(lit, if not the arrangement the traveling agency has given...)
