a site i like

Hi all,
I would like to mention a site which you may like to visit if you haven't already. http://hua.umf.maine.edu/Chinese/welcome.html I particularly like the audio flashcards.

Sad to say this site was discontinued. What I really liked about it was the fact that the audio portion utilized many different speakers from all walks of life.

To all:

How about using this thread to recommend helpful website resources, on-line dictionaries, softwares, Chinese-learning lessons, games, etc? I think we need such a thread to collect these information.

I happened to find this in Unilang yesterday, fundamental dialogue lessons written by hlysnan, which are well explained in detail

Another way to practice Chinese

我有找到另一个我不好的中文的改进的办法
课文在这场游戏是中文,和留上萤幕自要不点击,所以我能不忙解读它。
请改正我的错误。。。

Thank you azhong for your suggestion and the resources you mention. Here is the URL for the Chinese Reading Assistant here at Unilang. chira.php

I just merged two websites provideded by friends in some other thread:

1) a site you can find the Chinese stroke order and more, provided by yersi.
http://www.wenlin.com/

2) YellowBridge Chinese Dictionary, provided by Pangu:
http://www.yellowbridge.com/chinese/chi ... ionary.php
You can search via Chinese character (Hanzi), Pinyin or English meaning. It shows you all kind of information about the character, including an animated stroke order.
