我不会说广州话。其实，我想说广州话的时候，广州人有时候什么都不说，有时候批评我， 因为我还不会发音广州话的声调。但是我小时候有一天我去了一家越南华侨的商店， 买了一盘郭富城(Aaron Kwok)的磁带。我不太喜欢粤语流行音乐， 可是我还记住一些歌曲。最初的歌曲叫“没有你的爱”。

我不想信在美国讲广州话的人全是“广州”人。 虽然不太准确，一般口语里我们会叫他们“广东人”。讲粤语的人还有一个专业叫法：广府人。

我一直以为“帖子”只能当作名词，但是网上一搜索，看到也可以当动词用。呵呵

我女朋友的母语是粤语，她也不喜欢现在的粤语流行乐，而更喜欢老歌。

这次我帖两首很有名的歌曲，扬帆以前给我介绍，两首都有英文版。 第一首是《辣妹子》（普通话）， 关于湖南女人。其实，我把这首歌帖了在另外一个论坛。 第二首是粤语歌曲，叫《上海滩》（粤拼：Soeng6 Hoi2 Taan1），一部香港电视剧的主题歌（电视剧也叫《上海滩》，最有名的香港电视剧）。我看这个视频才得悉这部电视剧，故事复杂极了。 可惜很难在网上找到电视剧的原版：

Jay Chou aside, I've also had this song playing non-stop for a while now. G.E.M. is what they describe in Hong Kong as 實力派 — members of the music industry who actually sell some form of singing talent rather than just looking good. Yes, the music industry in Hong Kong is actually kind of sad.
