Ackshyually MRAs are the good guys and feminism is an evil matriarchal conspiracy, and allow me to explain why in this 10,000 word essay.linguoboy wrote:I used the term "MRAs" on Facebook recently (coincidentally referring to an incident on this board) and one of my friends was like "I had to look that up and it reminded me of learning about incels".

Yesterday my boyfriend used the abbreviation PUA and I could not remember what it's an abbreviation for. That's how isolated I have become from all this stuff since having a kid. Then today I came to Unilang and got reminded what those words in PUA are.
I don't know about all, but I was told that on the whole incels don't like them because they believe that PUA techniques are useless to incels, because they are biologically unable to pick up women for reasons. Therefore learning and trying to use them is nothing but "cope".vijayjohn wrote:Do all incels hate them? I thought it was only some.

EDIT: Also I've said this before, but "vastly more common" is questionable especially given how often rape is underreported.
