As you may or may not know, my Japanese is not that good at all but I'll try to help you anyway. I'm sure another user who is good at Japanese will show up and correct whatever I wrote incorrectly. Anyway, here goes.
ご存知のように、私の日本語が本当に下手なんだけどそうしても手伝ってあげて見るよ。きっと日本語が上手のほかの人が来て僕が間違うに書いたことを正しくするよ。ともかくして見る。

What I heard:
私が聞いたのは:

ミナキさん...(?) お早く電話して下さい。出ないってね、僕はこのわきいと話していますからね。わきいた。あよな...

英語の訳し
English translation:
Minaki, please call us quickly. (They say) it's not going out. Since I'm talking about ....

Thanks!, I know some details of the record.
The speaker 1 says something to the speaker 2 to go to the phone and the speaker 2 is called ペティナティさん, and the "わきいた" that you writed is "wachita" that is a spanish slang.
that is the only data that i know, thanks a lot for the help!
