If you are writing Japanese text in the forum, then you can enclose this text in special tags which will render the text in a better and bigger font. For this there is ja tag:

Example with tags: 英語が話せますか?

Example without tags: 英語が話せますか?

In the post editor, you will find buttons for the tag.

If you need to find how to install Japanese characters on your system, please follow this link to a comprehensive guide on Wikipedia.

That's really bad when you're learning Japanese.
You should look in this, they explain how to install East Asian languages on your computer, that worked for me.
Let me try the Japanese font, hehe.

こんにちわ。

Plus have to know what operating system. I don't mean to be mean or anything, but this isn't exactly 1995, you can easily find the answers for this kind of frequently asked question on the internet. In fact, most operating systems these days have the characters built in :/
