Transcribe this Romanian?

First of all I don't even know if this is Romanian but I assume it is since it is spoken by people from Romania. So at 7:37 in this video, there is some songtext that they say and I would really like it transcribed:

But my Romanian is not past short phrases yet. The subtitles translate it to English but I want to know the Romanian words.

I'm assuming the other Romanians are ashamed to transcribe manele. I'll do it:

„Am abonament la bani
Și banii la mine
Cât aș cheltui, îmi rămân
Conturile pline”

I'm not sure if I understood properly, but this was what I could get.
A direct translation would be:

"I have a subscription to money
And money's subscribed to me
As much as I would spend,
My accounts stay full."

It's just like Bulgarian chalga. Even more there're some "nice" Bulgarian-Romanian co-productions like this and this. ->
