Grammar check

I recently found a large .pdf of Romanian grammar, and I would like to check these:

nişte bărbaţi stăpânului - men of the lord?
gusta unor carne - the taste of meat?
Prietenlor! Fraţilor! - Friends! Brothers! ?

I would like it if someone could check over these, and kick me in the shins if they're completely wrong

Niste barbati stapanului= some men of the lord (but it doesn`t sound good at all, maybe it`s good to have the whole context).

NOT gusta unor carne, but gustul carnii= the taste of the meat,

Prietenilor, fratilor!= Friends, brothers!

Whilst I'm here, how would you pronounce "ii" (as in "fii"), and how would you pronounce "iii" (as in "fiii")?

And here's my attempt at three more "the ____ of the ____" phrases:

Parfumul florii
Culmea dealilor
Taina cavernei

1. You pronounce the first like a short I, the second...try to put 2 I, see if it works, or just a long I.
2. Parfumul florii=the scent of the flower,
3. Culmea detaliilor=the peak of the details,
4. Taina cavernei= the secret of the cavern.

This dictionary gives "deal" as "hill" and vice versa. Would "Culmea dealilor" work as "The peak of the hills"?
