Can anyone recommend any movies or singers/songs in Romanian to try and learn more vocabulary and practice my listening skills? Or if you know of a website or something like that I could use, that would be great as well.

If U like rock, I advice U to find and listen to some songs by Omul cu Şobolani. Or by Phoenix, if you prefer classic rock. Take it easy!

I'd recommend you Nicu Alifantis or Tapinarii, their songs are almost spoken. Then you should try some movies like Filantropica or A Fost sau n-a Fost.

Mie îmi place tare mult muzica lui Pavel Stratan, dar cred că ar fi cam greu să-l înţelegi fiindcă cântă cu accent puternic moldovean. În orice caz, îţi recomand muzica lui.

Die Muzik Pavel Stratans gefällt mir sehr, aber ich glaube, dass es ein bisschen schwer wäre, ihn zu verstehen, weil er mit einem starken moldawischen Akzent singt. Auf jeden Fall, empfehle ich dir seine Muzik.

I really like Pavel Stratan's music, but I think it might be difficult to understand him because he sings with a thick Moldovan accent. In any case, I would recommend his music.
