:P You should do as you feel is right. Ignoring it was just my silly suggestion, because I didn't know how to explain when to use it and when to not to use it (still can't explain...) :).

Didn't you learn gradation yet? :P

You can check the other ones yourself :P

You made a couple of mistakes with this.

alkulähdesta What's this? And it should be alkulähteestä. It doesn't fit with the sentence at all

kaveriini (my friends) aput minua.

Kaveri-friend
Kaverini-my friend/my friends. It is same for plural too. "My friends help me".
To help = auttaa. I help = Autan, they help = auttavat. So it is
Kaverini auttavat minua.

so hmm you'd get three points from this.

In my opinion it doesn't make much sense to make exercises that require knowing the names of the cases. I, for one, couldn't do them even if the test was about my own language. I'd rather turn them into translations in both directions. Also, it would be nice to have exercises purely on vowel harmony and gradation (without having to translate anything, just giving a word and an ending, e. g. pöytä + -lta -> pöydältä). It's a fundamental nontrivial feature for those whose language doesn't have it.

Uhm true
Yes yes later on when I finished with this, I noticed that I should have asked something about vowel harmony, 'tavutus' *what is this in English?* etc. Maybe I should change this a bit
