Finnish broadcast company YLE provides plaintext news, probably it is possible to read them in mobile device, too. Here is the link: http://yle.fi/selkouutiset/
Otherwise I'm not aware of any plaintext books for adults in Finnish in mobile device format.
Words "mobiili formaatti" refers to english words: "mobile format", actually meaning the same. Anyway, here are few mobile format related words translated:
tablet computer = taulutietokone
electronic book /ebook = sähkökirja /e-kirja
ebook reader (device) = lukulaite
