Finnish tax refund

I was working in Finland for one summer. And i applied for tax refund.
I got a mail from the finnish tax office (vero). And its in finnish.

But I dont know what to do next.

My two questions are:
Do I have to send fill it send it back to finland? e.g. Bank account information
Or do I have to just wait? Is this mail just for information.

You have to give them information of your bank account where they can send your money to. That is, if they don't know it already.

OK. They should actually already know my bank account information.

Lets say they dont know - which part should I fill out (there are 2 identical parts on page 3).
And one part that says "VEROTUSTODISTUS 2011".

Which part should I send back?

If they already have your account information, you have no need to do anything, just wait for coming money. They say in that blank that you can give your acc. information also in the net: http://www.vero.fi/epalvelut
