Literally, with no fine-tuning: Elä elämä, jonka olet kuvitellut.

I have another translation and it goes like this: ELÄ ELÄMÄSI KUTEN OLET KUVITELLUT. Is there any difference between these two translations? Thank you for your help :)

No, they have the same meaning. There are many, perhaps limitless ways to translate this sentence, f.e.: elä elämäsi niin kuin olet kuvitellut; elä kuvittelemasi elämä; elä elämä, jonka olet kuvitellut; elä mielesi mukainen elämä; elä elämä sellaisena kuin olet sen itse mielessäsi luonut.
It all depends on context.

Ok, so this would go on my wrist as a tattoo. Which one do you suggest? :D

As a tattoo I'd prefer something like: elä itse oma elämäsi, although it does not mean excactly the same. But if you can imagine it, whatever it is, you can have it, sooner or later.
