"Happy birthday, my angel from Cracow! Love me, in spite of everything.
Your rolling stone" (the signature being my very poor translation, what is meant by "rolling stone" is "a person who moves around a lot and never settles down").
Thank you in advance
"Hyvää syntymäpäivää, Krakovan enkelini! Rakasta minua, kaikesta huolimatta.
Sinun vierivä kivesi"
Finnish also has the concept of a "rolling stone". We have the expression that a rolling stone will never grow moss: vierivä kivi ei sammaloidu. Maybe that fits your meaning close enough.
