As far as I see, they are basically the same when it comes to grammar.
When I searched for differences, most things were about some few words being different in one or two letters.
Although I might be wrong.
My question would be whether the accents are really different, whether a Serbian speaker can be easily differentiated from a Croat or Bosnian on his accent?
