I'm going to translate it, so maybe you'll get an idea

UČIM - I'm learning, I'm studying

NAUČIM - I have learned (actually this would be NAUČIO/LA SAM, but it's hard to translate it without context)

ČITAM - I'm reading

Hvala puno! Although I can't say that I understood the difference between učim and naučim. You both say for example "Treba da učim" and "Treba da naučim"

The difference is in the aspect, as Linguoboy said.

Treba da učim = I need to learn (the accent is on the process)
Treba da naučim = I need to learn (the accent is on the end result)

Učio sam = I was learning (and maybe haven't finished. All I'm saying is that I was learning at some point and am no longer learning.)
Naučio sam = I learned (I'm finished learning.)

Oh I see. Sada razumem! Hvala! We don't use 2 different words in Greek so it was difficult for me to understand.

odnesem (odneti) - take away, transfer from one place to another.
uzmem (uzeti) - take (into your hand)

donesem (doneti) - bring, the opposite of odneti.
dam (dati) - give

You don't need to start a separate thread for each new question. If you want, I can merge all the theads you made into one and then you can ask further questions there. We will gladly answer. :)

govorim (govoriti) - speak
reknem (reći) and kažem (kazati) - say. There isn't a difference between these verbs, except that reći is rarely used in the present tense, so you should just use kažem.
pričam (pričati) - tell

That's basically it, even though they don't always match the corresponding English word. It depends on the other words used in the sentence too.

učiti = to study, estudar, estudiar, studiare
naučiti = to learn, aprender, aprender, imparare

these would be in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian
