Question about learning Dutch - Dialects.

Hi, I've just started learning Dutch and I'm planning to visit only the Netherlands. Is it ok to listen to learning resources like:

or are the dialects are too different?

Well, she has a Flemish accent but the sentences are Dutch, so it's fine I guess, especially when you start!

yes, she's flemmish, but that accent sounds more elegant than the average dutch accent anyway
