Meneer Neville heeft bescheidelijk geholpen in het maken van een bruikbaar voorbeeld, mevrouw.
Zijn tekeningen mogen wel van groot belang zijn voor u en de opvolgenden eigenaar, Comte de Nancy, al is het alleen maar om een idee te geven van een archaïstisch opzicht van het probleem van'n goeie tuin.

possible translation:

Mister Neville has unassumingly helped us by making a useable example, madam.
His drawings may indeed be of great importance for you and the following owner, Comte de Nansty, albeit only to give us an idea of an archaic aspect of the problem of creating a good garden.

(Edit: thx Boes, transcript fixed)

Strange accent ... didn't sound quite natural.

Mister Neville modestly helped in making an usable example madam. His drawings should be of great importance to you and the succeeding owner, the Count of Nancy, if only to present an image of an archaic point of view of the problem of a good garden.

He makes a rather good job mimicking Dutch from that period... /ei/ and /ij/ are pronounced slightly differently and a lot narrower than now and he randomly says "de opvolgenden eigenaar"

Actually he's not mimicking anything; apart from a Upper class Dutch accent, which isn't that odd given that Steve Ubels (the actor) apparently is/was the son of a 1960s Dutch diplomat and never lived in the Netherlands. Which would explain the slightly 'unusual' accent.

The only small correction I'd add to these translations is that he's not referring to the Comte de Nancy; he says '... de opvolgende(n?) eigenaar van Compton Anstey' = '... the next owner of Compton Anstey', which is the name of the estate in the film.
