"J'en ai d'Esaü" (play on words)

I'm reading a story where someone is offered a plate of lentils, which he jokingly declines by saying "j'en ai d'Esaü". I get the biblical reference, but it's apparently also a play on words. I was wondering if anyone here could help me figure it out. My best guess is that "j'en ai d'Esaü" sounds a bit like "j'en ai désaveu", but I don't think it's that.

Thanks in advance! :)
