It's זכרינו וחתמינו. Don't confuse ז and ו.

Anyway, it means "Remember us, and seal us" (in the book of life). These words are a major theme of Yom Kippur, and especially the Ne'illah prayer (the last prayer at the very end of Yom Kippur). From Rosh Hashanah until Yom Kippur, a major theme of the prayers is "Remember us and write us in the book of life". At Ne'illah of Yom Kippur, the word "write" is changed to "seal", because it becomes final.
