חבל"ז (chavlaz) חבל על הזמן (chaval al hazman) - lit. "pity about the time" has a double meaning - either something really really good ("you should've seen it") or something bad ("waste of time"). IIRC in its shortened from it can only have a positive meaning.

ח"ח - חיזוק חיובי (chizuk chiyuvi) "positive reinforcement" - commendation from one's superior in the army לקבל ח"ח
