though I will say There isn't enough K-rock fans out there... i'm in love with the TRAX, but i know there's more out there... just have to search harder! (it seems krock gets overshadowded by jrock and visual kei bands in the english speaking realm... ! )
I like krock! That's about it though, there's not much I know about Korea.

They write often 등, on wikipedia. even there is a word 등지 (等地). 한국어(韓國語)는 한반도 등지에서 주로 사용하는 언어로, 대한민국(남한)에서는 한국어, 한국말, 국어(國語)라고 부른다. 조선민주주의인민공화국(북한), 중국(조선족위주)을 비롯한 등지에서는 조선말, 조선어(朝鮮語)로, 카자흐스탄을 비롯 중앙아시아의 고려인들 사이에서는 고려말(高麗말)로 불린다.
