I will try to provide a couple of example sentences each and provide translations, with highlights on the English equivalents that I chose.
-는 가 하면 (Two things go on simultaneously)
* 직장에 다니는가 하면 공부도 한다. S/he goes to work and at the same time studies.
-느라니까
Misspelling of -노라니까. a more emphathetic form of -노라니 (see below)
-느라면
Misspelling of -노라면. If you continue to...
-는 다손치더라도 (Even if we assume...grudgingly)
* 장가는 못간다손치더라도 취직은 해라. Get a job at least, even if we assume marriage is not going to happen.
-답시고, 랍시고 (Pretense)
* 먹물 좀 먹었답시고.. As if he drank some ink.. (idiom for "literati", pejorative)
* 도서관 간답시고 나가서 놀기만 하다. To go outside playing while pretending going to library.
-리가 있다/없다 (리理: Reason)
* 그럴 리가 없다. It can't be such.
* 일리가 있다. It may make sense.
-했 길래 (Causal relation. Followed by the action performed in response)
* 어제 안 왔길래 전화했다. I called since you didn't come yesterday.
* 뭘 했길래 이렇게 다쳤어? What did you do to get hurt as a result?
-으로 말미암아 (As a result)
* 이로 말미암아 초래된 결과. The result brought about because of this.
-기에 망정이지 (Relief)
* 사람이 안 다쳤기에 망정이지.. It's a relief that nobody was hurt..(it could have been worse)
* 미리 준비했기에 망정이지.. It's a relief that I prepared..(and it was to avail)
-새가 없다 (새: brief moment, time)
* 쉴 새가 없다. There is no time to relax.
* 눈 코 뜰 새 없가 없다. There is no time to open eyes or nose. (Prov.)
-셈치고 (셈: calculation)
* 속는 셈 치고 믿어보다. To try believing while knowing the deception. (Knowing it's likely to betray)
* 공부하는 셈 치고 투자를 시작하다. To begin investing with a mind of learning. (Knowing it's unlikely to make profit in the first try)
-려던 참이다 (just about to..)
* 집에 가려던 참이다. I was just about to go home.
* 전화하려던 참이다. I was just about to call.
-을 짝이 없다
Double-check this. 짝 is another member in a pair, wife to husband, husband to wife, etc.
-나 보다 (It looks like..)
* 공부하나 보다. It looks like s/he is studying.
* 이상한 사람인가 보다. it [/i]looks like[/i] s/he is a strange person.
-더니
* 말은 잘 하더니 결과는 이게 뭐냐? You spoke well, but what is this result?
* 자기 멋대로만 하더니 꼴 좋다. You did all your ways, and you look great. (Sarcastic)
-기 십상이다 (It's easy/likely to..)
* 초보가 주식하면 잃기 십상이다. It's easy for novices to lose money in stock trade.
* 언어 독학하다 때려치기 십상이다. It's like for teach-yourselfers to stop on the way.
-을까 싶다 (Wondering)
* 어렵지 않을까 싶다. I wonder if it would not be difficult. (I think it's difficult.)
* 해볼 만 하지 않을까 싶다. I wonder if it would not be doable. (I think it's doable.)
-다 싶다 하다
Double-check this. -다 marks the final, they can't come in sequence.
-지 싶다 (It appears.. looks.. sounds..)
* 이건 내가 봐도 어렵지 싶다. This appears difficult even to me.
* 어떻게든 되겠지 싶다. I guess it would work out somehow.
-었으면 싶다 (I wish..)
* 밥 좀 먹었으면 싶다. I wish I ate a meal.
* 얼굴 좀 봤으면 싶다. I wish I saw your face. ("to meet")
-을지언정 (Even if..not...)
* 집에는 못 올지언정 전화는 해라. Call at least, even if you can't come home.
-을래야.. (Cannot ... although tries to...)
* 눈을 뜰래야 뜰 수가 없다. I can't open my eyes although I try to open.
-을라고
=> 하려고, in order to. 할라고 is heard in colloquial language, it is substandard.
-기 나름이다
* 너 하기 나름이다. It depends on how you do it.
* 나름대로 일을 처리하다. To work in own way.
-자꾸나 하다
Double-check this. I have no idea.
-하물며..
* 그들도 실패한 일인데 하물며 우리같은 자들이 될 리가. Even they failed, there's no way that people like us could. (Somewhat self-lowering)
