Hej, Ghoti!

I'd like to recommend a Danish band, but they sing in English, I don't know if you were asking about bands that sing in Dansk.

The band's name's CHARM LOUNGE and they're about to release their first album. More info on them:

www.charmlounge.com
and
http://www.myspace.com/charmloungeband

There you can listen to some of their songs, watch concerts etc.

I hope you (and everyone else in this forum) like their music!!!!!!!

Hilsen,

Núria

Hei

Jeg anbefaler "Hundehoved" af Morten Ramsland!

I can't speak or write Danish (yet) - but thanks to http://dr.dk I understand it better every day. For learning to know a society, and the language, there is nothing better than online news resources (tickers, radio and TV news) :-)

For literature a very good resource is http://www.dr.dk/DRp2plus/forside.htm. In the old days of DR Litteratur the Danish public radio offered audio books of best-selling contemporary authors (like Morten Ramsland) as audio streams. /Someone/ might still have a copy of some audio book ;-) Today they have potcasts of public domain books (like http://www.dr.dk/DRp2plus/Podcast/ludvigsbakke.htm ) which comes close to what Mulder recommended.

Cheers
