Spanish Study Group

Postby dEhiN » 2018-11-16, 4:39

This will be the Spanish study group and will operate in the same vein as the other study groups. So far it'll only be VIjay and me, but others are welcome/encouraged to join. We haven't yet picked a resource. It'll probably be a beginner resource, but not a complete beginner one. However, if others join who are complete beginners, we will pick a resource suitable for everyone.

Edit: We've decided to use Destinos as our resource.

Weekly Assignments (beginning November 18):
Due November 24: Watch Episodes 1 and 2 of Destinos
Due December 2: Watch Episode 3 of Destinos

Due December 16: Watch Episode 4 of Destinos

Oh, sorry! Yeah, this was what I was thinking of using or at least suggesting as a resource:

I watched the first video of it, and I like it! Surprisingly, I found that I followed along much better than with French in Action, even though overall I probably know more French than Spanish.

So, for this week coming, shall we try to do episode 2 (and the first one as well for anyone else who wants to join us but who hasn't seen the first episode)?

Sure! I think I might've watched the second episode already, but I don't remember now.

I haven't yet finished Episode 2, but let's try and do Episode 3 for this week? I'm planning to watch Episode 2 later today.
