Usualmente bachiller = high school graduate o high school diploma
Licenciatura o título de grado = bachelor's degree
aunque es posible que se usa la palabra bachiller para bachelor's degree en algún lugar, pues el español tiene muchos regionalismos.

Sí. Con lo de pitch se refiere a su sentido británico: un campo (field) donde se juega algún deporte (por ejemplo, a football pitch = a soccer field).
