Abi ir pareizi, bet "Lūdzu, nāciet uz istabu!" drīzāk varētu lietot tad, ja runātājs īpaši norāda uz istabu (vai, ja pats neatrodas istabā). Pieņemot, ka runa ir par sasveicināšanos ar ciemiņiem, biežāk gan tiešām saka "Nāciet iekšā!", bet šajā gadījumā noteikti nevar teikt "uz iekšu"

Both are correct, but one would rather use "Lūdzu, nāciet uz istabu!" if pointing to particular room (or if he himself is not in a room). Assuming that you mean phrase used when greeting guests, then "Nāciet iekšā" is mostly used, note that in this case you can't say "uz iekšu".
P.S. You have made few mistakes in your post, I hope you won't mind that I point them out to you:

Man ir viens jautājums uz kuru es nevaru atrast atbildi jau ilg

"Lūdzu, nāciet istabā." vai
"Lūdzu, nāciet uz istabu"?
Man šķiet, ka abi varianti ir pareizi, bet otrais patīk vairāk. Nu vispār es mācos latviešu valodu tikai div

I have a question to which I can't seem to find an answer. Which phrase sounds better: "Lūdzu, nāciet istabā." or "Lūdzu, nāciet uz istabu"?
I think they both can exist (in a grammatical sense), but I like the second one more. All in all, I'm learning Latvian only for two months now.
You should have used plural genative not nominative, otherwise you seem to be doing very well
