Well I'd say these verbs are more regular than others, because you just need to remember the infinitive and the present (and the past will be the same). They are called Conjugation II verbs and most imported verbs go in this conjugation (importēt, eksportēt, for example). But don't worry about conjugations, you don't need to know them.

Es redzu kokus.

Using bet does not make sense. un would be more appropriate.

Šodiena ir garlaicīga diena also is correct, but šodiena ir garlaicīga sounds better and you don't need to say diena twice.

pirkt, nopirkt - to buy, so es nopirku grāmatu - I bought a book.

Very good I must say :y:

Man nepatīk minēt

"Vai skolotāja jautās arī rīt? Jā, viņa jautās. Kam viņa jautās? Viņa jautās zēnam un meitenei. Ko skolotāja jautās zēnam? Varbūt viņa jautās: "Vai tu esi skolniece?" Ko zēns atbildēs? Tad zēns viņai sacīs: "Nē, es neesmu skolniece, bet skolnieks." Meitene skolotājai sacīs: "Skolniece esmu es, bet zēns ir skolnieks."

edit: I learned that when a male person is addressed, his name (or reference noun) must be in the vocative form. Why?

Skolotāja gavilē (Do you really think that teacher would be cheered up if you hadn't done your homework? If I knew what you want to really say, I could suggest some word) : "Vai tu gribi iet skolā?"

Teacher shouts- skolotāja kliedz
warlks toward teacher- dodas/iet pie skolotājas
You make macron and folding mistakes.

Yea.. my fault.. I'm actually a fast talker and when I recorded it, it was actually pretty slow. And the music was in other room- Brainstorm- Rudens), I thought you wouldn't hear it. but I can record it one more time, if you want and talk slower.

edit.
Mak showed an article, where some student injured 4 his classmates with knife.

mak, you had said that "the conjugation site shows past tense after pag."

for exaple i write "iet"

there writes:
"eju, ej, iet, pag. gāju, nepārej"
after pag., there are "gāju" and "nepārej" so what do they refer to?

i mean how do i say "i went, you went, they went, we went ..."

It's one of the three irregular verbs.

It isn't very irregular in the past though -- the same endings.

infinitive, present, past - english
domāt, domāju, domāju - to think
iet, eju, gāju - to go, to walk

es domāju / gāju
tu domāji / gāji
viņš domāja / gāja
mēs domājām / gājām
jūs domājāt / gājāt

būt, n/a, biju - to be

es biju
tu biji
viņš bija
mēs bijām
jūs bijāt

Es biju students, tagad esmu skolotājs. I was a student, now I'm a teacher.
Man ir suns. I have a dog.
Man bija suns. I had a dog.

nepārej. means intransitive verb

Try to conjugate these verbs in the past
nogalināt, nogalinu, nogalināju - to kill
durt, duru, dūru - to stab

:)

You can't predict the past form! You have to look it up in the dictionary. You need to memorise all three forms.

I suggest you memorise them like this:

infinitive, present, past - english
nogalināt, nogalinu, nogalināju - to kill

If you want to say that you killed something in the past, use nogalināju.

nogalināju means I killed.
you killed is tu nogalināji

I provided the endings in bold in the previous post.

Does it make sense now?
