The image is backwards/mirrored. Once flipped in the proper direction, it does say Angelo انجلو .

The image you've posted is backwards, basically mirror writing. So I don't know if that's how it really looks or if it was just the image that got flipped around, but in the image below you can see your own image in the correct direction, and the name "Angelo" written in a couple of different fonts. You can see the middle font is the closest to what appears on your bracelet. Most of the variation is just a question of handwritten versus typed font. I would say it's pretty close, aside from being completely backwards. (I'm hoping that the bracelette itself is the right way around.)
