Language question

Postby NA1123 » 2020-04-21, 7:55

hello all,

Quick question on the phrase "Allah yasalamak"

Say person A calls person B. Person B is driving and has the call on loudspeaker which means person C can hear the call.

Person A says give Person C my salam to person B.

Person C hears and says Allah Yasalamk. Is this a suitable response other than simply saying wa alaykum asalam?

I know there is some confusion as to when Allah Yasalamak can be used.

Thanks all

Straightforward answer : I'd say yes this is a suitable response.
Yet, could you please tell me in which dialect is this scenario happening?
Thank you. :)
