I would say

لَوْرَ مَرِنْ رِسْتْرِبُ

Restrepo is rendered as "ristribu" because there are no "e", "p", and "o" in Arabic. However, in Farsi, written with a form of Arabic alphabet, you can write "p", and also "e" and "o". You might try to ask for it in Farsi.

I think you cannot write Arabic vertically.

Let me just say that if this is for a tattoo or piece of art, it's going to look really bad, especially if written vertically which is impossible in the Arabic script.

Final vowels that are part of the word are never written with tashkiil alone, even when they're foreign loans or transliterations. So لَوْرَ is incorrect and it should be لورا . The 'o' at the end of Restrepo would similarly be represented with a waaw.
Please correct my mistakes in any language.
