Arabic words: hair and fingers

Does Arabic, like English, use the same word to refer to hair that grows on your head and hair that grows elsewhere on the body, or does it have separate words, like French cheveux and poils?

And does Arabic, like French, use the same word to refer to fingers (on your hands) and toes (on your feet), or does it use the same word like French doigts (with the option of specifying by saying 'fingers of the foot' or something like that)?

1 - Hair = شعر
I do not know of any distinction as for cheveux/poils
You have to be specific about the anatomical area where the "hair" is
شعر الرأس
شعر الفخذ
2 - doigt = أصبع
I do not know of any distinction as for finger/toe
You have to be specific about the anatomical area where the "doigt" is
أصابع اليد
أصابع القدم
