Arabic poetry help: اللي يبيك يجيك لو دونك قيود؛

In the poetry I have attached, the exact words i'm having trouble translating are
"يبيك"
"يجيك"
"الصعايب"
"شانك"
"القرايب" -- relatives?
"خشوم" -- nose?
"جاك" -- all i could find was something about jacking a car


The overall feeling i'm getting is that this is something to do with knowing your boundaries and taking the right path in life?
Looking for help to understand more about the entire meaning if possible. Thank you!!!
