مرتان is nominative dual of مرّة - that is, two times. Not sure if I got the case correctly; should it perhaps be accusative مرتين because it is used as an adverb? Looking at example sentence on glosbe, I'd say yes, it should be مرتين.

I'm pretty sure using وقت here is not idiomatic. 'Time' in the meaning of Italian 'volta' is مرة in Arabic.
Also, when Arabs say 'one or two of something' they don't use numbers at all, they just say the noun and then its dual form. For example, اعرف كلمة كلمتين - I know a word or two.
