Can I use the comma in below sentence: "I begin sending my soldiers out to every areas, to lead the militias. "?

I wouldn't do that myself.

Also, I would say "every area." Not sure about "militias" (although I'm pretty sure that's grammatically correct at least, and it's not too hard to imagine a situation where soldiers are commanding multiple militias).
