Algorithm-free music streaming website?

Is there any music streaming website which is essentially a music library - without any recommendation algorithms of any sort? Without recommendations of any sort, actually - no curated playlists either.

I don't want to loose the benefits of streaming, such as having lots music available for free (or subscription, but preferably with free version available), and not being limited in my choices to the music available locally.

But at the same time, I want to be free from algorithms, I want my music choices to be truly MINE, to be conscious choices, rather than random.

Does anybody feel the same? What would you do?
