The Kumanovo dialect is one of the varieties that is grouped under Torlak and thus variously considered a dialect of Macedonian, Bulgarian, and/or perhaps even Serbo-Croatian. It is spoken in northeastern Macedonia, particularly around the town of Kumanovo. This is a rendition of a well known Macedonian folk song that at least originally was in Kumanovo dialect. It's called "Dve neveste tikve brale" (Две невесте тикве брале):

Sa'idic Arabic is a variety of Arabic spoken in Upper Egypt. It's commonly spoken in southern/Upper Egypt but isn't considered prestigious in Egypt and is often used in comedy shows, etc. "Sa'idi" is also the name of a genre or form of music from Upper Egypt. This is a song that seems to be a Sa'idi song in Sa'idic Arabic. It's called "Bos Ala El Halawa" and sung by Hegazy Metkal:

Midob a.k.a. Meidob is a Nubian language spoken in the Sudanese state of North Darfur, to the west of Khartoum but closer to the Chadian border. The following two clips include some songs that are apparently in Midob. The first song begins at 11:47 in the first clip (after a series of speeches in Arabic) and ends around 1:05 in the second clip:

Karko a.k.a. Garko, Kaak, Karme, Kithonirishe, or Kakenbi (the last of these being the autonym) is another Nubian language that is spoken in the Nuba Mountains, further south in Sudan than Midob is. This is apparently a traditional spiritual dance called "Endkir" or "Dekak" performed by the Karko Folklore Band and led by Maestro Adam Saratana:

Kadugli a.k.a. Katcha-Kadugli-Miri or Central Kadu is a Kadu language or dialect cluster spoken in the Nuba Mountains in far southern Sudan, not too far north of the border with South Sudan. This is a video of a Kadugli dance performed in Sudan with singing in the background. I suppose it's a traditional dance:

Kadugli is divided into three main dialects, one of which is called Katcha as well as Tolubi or Dholubi. This is apparently a song in the Katcha variety of Kadugli accompanied by traditional dancing (I originally had no idea what language this song might be in! But then I finally got a chance to do some quick detective work):

Ghulfan a.k.a. Gulfan, Uncu, Uncunwee, Wunci, or Wuncimbe is a Hill Nubian language spoken in the Nuba Mountains of Sudan, like Karko and Dilling. This is a type of dance commonly performed in the Nuba Mountains and called kirang; this particular kirang is performed by people who speak and are singing in Ghulfan:
