This is a hard one:) I rarely listen to anything in English. Recently I randomly came across this song by Nightwish and I quite liked it:

I discovered Enej (not this particular song, though) thanks to the forum song contest and I like their style.

Now I'd like a song in Hungarian.

While this song was nominated for one of the recent FSCs and many of you still remember it, I can't resist posting it here again. It's just beautiful, with both its melody and lyrics.

I used to know the lyrics by heart :) It's perhaps the most well known song in Swedish ever.

I think this was the first song in Ukrainian I ever heard. The singer is Romanian.
I like the funny dance and the garlic.

I remember that song, too! It was definitely one of my favorites from that contest. :D It sure is nice to listen to that song again! :partyhat:

I've only heard like two Czech songs before, but neither of them is one that I particularly care for, so I looked for a different one just for this game. And I found one that is way more like the kind of music I'm fond of:

"Zui zui zukkorobashi" is a Japanese kids' song I found in a book of kids' songs while growing up. It's one of the few Japanese songs I know. The lyrics are nonsense, though, and apparently, some of the words in this song (including the title) have no meaning at all. I found this video of it last year, IIRC, and thought I'd post it eventually but never did until now:

This is a song I used to hear on a music channel on TV quite often:

Wait I just listened to the song again, does it have Portuguese too? Ok I'm not going to change it, I'd rather ask the next song to be completely in Portuguese.

This is a Portuguese song I've posted twice already, once in the Portuguese songs thread (where I posted the lyrics in Portuguese) and again in the political music thread (where I attempted a translation since the lyrics are fairly simple and straightforward). I like it, so why not post it a third time? It's an Angolan song from 1981 called "Lindeza" performed by Duo Ouro Negro:

I like the majority of Delia's songs. One of the few artists that actually have good lyrics.
I was thinking about nominating it for Unilang's FSC.

This is my favourite Croatian (ex-Yugoslavian) band, and one of my favourite of their songs. It brings a lot of old memories... Their songs used to play non-stop in my mp3 player for months.

There used to be a traditional Bulgarian folk song on Encarta called "More, Zazheni Se Gyuro" (Mother, Gyuro is Getting Married); that's the only Bulgarian song I know. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the version that they used online anymore, and none of the versions I can find seem quite as good. This one (performed on July 2 last year in Corfu) seems pretty good, though, so I'll use that:

One of the songs that I've already listened to today. I like Joe Dassin's style, and a lot of his songs sound charming and melodic to me. This is one of them.

Are you sure "More" means mother? It doesn't look like a Slavic word for mother. The word "more" exists in Serbian and it is just an exclamation word:

No, on the contrary, I'm sure this is another one of those South Slavic brainfarts I've been getting way too many of lately.

Since no one's posted a Lithuanian song yet, I decided to find one myself, and I found this folk song, "Kalėdų rytu rožė inžydo." The lyrics can be found in the video description (each line ends with the same three words anyway):

«A, ρε σύντροφε» by Katerina Gogou is a song that meidei posted in the political music thread once. It's just one of various Greek songs I've heard and liked, really (although I have to admit that there are songs in both Griko and Ancient Greek that I'd rather pick...):
