If you're trying to make me feel older than schist, it's working.

I've casually turned on some of his older films on TV and you just stick there on the sofa with the brain deactivated for a while until you suddenly think, "ah, what was I doing?"

The Lord of the Rings trilogy is perfect, although I don't love Two Towers as much as the others.

The Reader by Stephen Daldry. It's not my favourite one, since there are so many movies that I like, but I'm totally sure, I would consider it one of my favourite films.

I liked it a lot but it's a little bit sad...

It's also pretty weird, though.

Maybe Grave of the Fireflies for me, I'm not sure. I don't like films that much, but there were several I liked.
Please correct my mistakes!

I'm not really sure what my favorite movie is, but I do know that so far, my favorite Iranian movie is Bashu, the Little Stranger (باشو غریبه کوچک‎) from 1986.

In English, I'm going to (very tentatively) say Stiff Upper Lips (1998), just because I can't think of any other movies at this moment that I liked so much.

In Hindi/Urdu, my favorite movie is probably either Ankur (1974) or Swami (1977). In Malayalam - probably Vanaprastham (1999), though Shadow Kill (നിഴല്‍ക്കുത്ത്) from 2002 and Celluloid from last year were also really good. My favorite Indian comedy is probably the Bengali movie Parash Pathar (1958). The only Hindi movie that has ever really made me laugh is Chupke Chupke (1975).

There are other languages I've seen movies in, but I'm not going to even try to figure out what my favorites are in each.
