Not mixing up Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo

Postby langmon » 2018-11-10, 6:51

Right now I am wondering how to learn all of Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo at the same time without mixing them up.

Side-note: This question isn't necessarily about these three particular languages. Mentioning them is, also, done for simply mentioning three African Tonal Language Examples. Two of them wouldn't be enough for the purpose of this example.

After having posted something about Latin that is Partially Comparable to being an answer to the question asked here, I'd simply like to link to it in this very thread. Because there is a big overlap, yessss :), and Things Aren't Always What They Seem At First Glance.

Re-activating forgotten Latin for ES/PT/IT/FR verbs

I know almost nothing about Igbo, but Hausa and Yoruba are completely unrelated and are so different that I don't really see how you could get them mixed up. I don't think I'd worry too much about mixing Hausa up with the others, at least.
