I couldn't really get the rest. In Azerbaijani Turkish, the interrogative tag goes together with the last word, normally, although I haven't heard this interrogative used in the spoken language (yet, and I only know one person from Republic of Azerbaijan).
Azerbaijani is written in a modified perso-arabic script in modern day Iran, while in the Republic of Azerbaijan a Latin-based alphabet is used to write the language. If you want to read Azeri Turkish written in the Arabic-based alphabet, check this website out: http://www.trtturki.com
I think you should learn a lot more of Azeri before attempting to write it in any alphabet, as it is very hard to understand what you mean.
