Ok here is my rough translation of the poem.
O moon! O moon! Come running here..!
Running without stop!
Climb up the mountain and come..!
Bring the Jasmine flower.!
O! Circle shaped moon..!(the poet used the shape twice for poetic beauty.)
Come like a flying Kate!
Come like a spinning spintop.
போ and போல்/போல are two different words.The former means go...& the latter means like.
