I have no idea how to translate that (also, do you mean "partying"?), but I'll try anyway. :P

Kailangan iniwan iilang taon ng kasiyahan para sa mga dekada ng kalayaan. :?:

Tigil AFAICT means to stop doing something, not just to stop at a place, and I think sulok might mean a corner of a room or something. "Stop at the corner!" AFAIK is para sa kanto!
