Theologians have made pseudo branches of languages, such as Biblical Hebrew and Biblical Greek and they use non-standard lexicons rather then the standard lexicons such as ' LSJ Middle Liddell Slater Autenrieth' for the study of Ancient Greek writings and there is no standard Phoenician lexicon. Theologians have also invented fictional scripts such as Paleo Hebrew and ancient pictographic Hebrew and is spammed everywhere.

נצה μάχομαι 'fight, quarrel, wrangle' (verb)

The נ־ functions as the middle voice, the μαι in μάχομαι.

What confirms these to be true homologues are the words, "strife, strive and stride', v/f/d. The ב exchanges with one of the components of the ζ. יב/ίσδ. i.e Hiphil .

This very verb נשקי as one reads in 1 Chronicles 12:2 'They were armed with bows' (נשקי קשת) is listed under strongs h5401 that is defined as 'kiss', a homonym.

They are words in the Bible that only appear once, these are called Hapax legomenon and example is the naming of Zebulun with the verbs זבד or זבל.

זבלון "Zebulun" means ἑδώλιον 'seat, abode, in a ship, ἑδώλια are the rowing benches, or rather a half-deck and the verb is ἑδωλιάζω 'furnish with seats'

Zebulun shall dwell at the haven of the sea (Gen 49:13)

מס δασμός 'a division, distribution, sharing of spoil, in attic an impost, tribute'

This is a two letter word that is the guises δασμός (מ־ /-μός) and the useless Lexicon gives מסס as its root meaning 'melt' , its a false root that is homologue with τήκω that includes a preposition. i.e ἀποτήκω, ἐκτήκω. cf. τέγγω/מסס

Psalm 97:5 - The hills melted like wax (הרים כדונג נמסו)
- τήκω; melt, be dissolved, melt away, of snow.
- דונג τεγκτός, τηκτόν 'capable of melting'

This is common Phoenician poetry for the seasonal melting snow of the Lebanese Mountains

Micah 1:4 - And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.
- מגרים ἐκρέων 'flow out or forth
- מורד κατερχόμενος 'go down from a place, of a river'

The snow falls upon the Lebanese Mountains and it melts into the streams that forms the rivers of the Levant, just as the River Jordan, named for ἀρδάνιον 'water-pot or trough' for the Jordan looks like a trough confirmed in Job 40:23 that read 'he can draw up Jordan into his mouth' i.e trough.

This is all Phoenician, the language of Tyre and Carthage.

Cornucopia is an interesting word, for the first component means "horn" (קרן), the Latin word compounds cornu and copia and copia compounds co + ops and the first component means "with" (עם) and copia means "plenty" (שבע), a probable homologue through vowel consonant metathesis, copia > cpoia > שבע.

The Latin 'c' indeed exchanges with 'ש'

In Greek there are two words for this, ὄις, the poetic word and πρόβατον, the prose word and both words homologize, so with πρόβατον, the ρ is droppable (non-rhotic) and π interchanges with כ.

ὄις also spelled ὄϝις hence ovis and ϝ interchanges with ב and ὄ with the guttural ك in كبش

In the verb, نوى the ن as double duty, the MV of διανοέομαι = διανοέω 'to think, intend'.

In Greek, the future is διανοήσομαι "I shall intend" formed with the -σ- infix, but in Arabic it is prefixed as س in سوف, the double homologue of ἔσομαι and τοὐπιόν 'the future'

سوف أنوي διανοήσομαι "I will intend to" cf. ἔσομαι διανοέω or τοὐπιόν διανοέω

A similar process with the Perfect tense, κ/ك

Biblical Hebrew in its current understanding lacks semantics, as it reads in Amos 9:13 "the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt", this verse involves עסיס = δροσίζω 'make dew, bedew' and התמוגג = κατανοτίζω 'bedew'

Those whom live in Lebanon should know this a reference to the abundant dew formations around the Lebanese mountains.

אגמל is a verb meaning 'repay, requite, reward, recompense' and the homologue is with ἀμείβω, indeed in modern Greek, αμοιβή means reward.

2 Samuel 19:36

The other homologue of the verb is ἀπογαλακτίζω 'wean from the mother's milk' cf. ἀμέλγω 'of animals milked

The problem however, the Biblical lexicon suggests אגמל roots גמל"Camel" that is homologue with the Homeric word for Sheep or goat, μῆλον and the initial ג shortens μέγα "Big".

μέγα μῆλον > κάμηλος 'Big Sheep hence Camel. (Doric; μᾶλον) جمل "jamal"

In Jeremiah 46:4, there is סרין meaning θωρακεῖον 'cuirass' and the verb form is θωρακίζω 'arm with a breastplate or cuirass' that appears in 1 Samuel 6:18 under הסרנים that translates into the plural perfect particle, οἱ τεθωρακισμένοι "cuirassiers"

They are plenty more words to investigate.

Genesis 8:13; The first day of the month, the waters were dried (חרבו) up from off the earth
Isaiah 44:27; That saith to the deep, Be dry (חרבי), and I will dry (אוביש) up thy river

They are two different translated into dry that have homologues in Greek.

אחרב ξηραίνω 'dry up, drain dry

There is certainly elements of Phoenician in Ancient Greek writings that also relates to traditions of Syria and Lebanon.

Strabo. 15.3
Memnon (son of Tithonus) is said to be buried near Paltus in Syria, by the river Badas

Memnon founded the city of Susa, Persia, The wall of the city, the temples and palaces, were constructed in the same manner as those of the Babylonians, of baked brick and asphaltus, The Acropolis was called Memnonium, The Susians have the name also of Cissii. Æschylus3 calls the mother of Memnon, Cissia.


According to the Wikipedia page , Memnon was the King of Aethiopia but his father was the prince of Troy, son of Laomedon. Aethiopia is completely enigmatic.

Αἰθίοψ compounds αἴθω + ὤψ and the latter element is the homologue of אף, פן and בן. Therefore in Phoenician such a name would front with the ὤψ element.

בן־אדם, בן־איש = ἄνθρώπος (ἁνήρ + ὤψ)
אף־רחב = Εὐρώπη (εὐρύς + ὤψ) cf. Africanus

In the story of Perseus, a story closely tied to the Levant, he marries Andromeda the daughter of the Aethiopian king Cepheus and his wife Cassiopeia.

Pausanias, Description of Greece 4.9
Red water, in color like blood, is found in the land of the Hebrews near the city of Joppa. The water is close to the sea, and the account which the natives give of the spring is that Perseus, after destroying the sea-monster, to which the daughter of Cepheus was exposed, washed off the blood in the spring.

This account is collaborates with Joshua 19:46, a garbled verse 'Mejarkon, and Rakkon, with the border before Japho'
written ומי הירקון והרקון עם־הגבול מול יפו and ἀπὸ θαλάσσης Ιερακων ὅριον πλησίον Ιόππης in KJV
and הירקון means ὁ δράκων 'The Dragon, a sea-fish or water snake, interchangeable with ὄφις and Pausanias as κῆτος 'any sea-monster' is the word Septuagint as for the Great Fish that swallowed Jonah whom set off from Joppa.

According to Pausanias, the river turned Red and matches the description of one particular river in the Levant, Abraham River (نهر ابراهيم) or Adonis River (نهر ادونيس) that emerges from a huge cavern, the Afqa Grotto.

Each spring at Afqa, the melting snows flood the river, bringing a reddish mud into the stream from the steep mountain slopes. The red stain can be seen feeding into the river and far out to the Mediterranean Sea.[6] Legend held this to be the blood of Adonis, renewed each year. Afqa is associated with the cult of Aphrodite and Adonis.

There occurs in the Red Sea a fish, and, so far as I know, the people there have given it the name of Perseus. And the Greeks call it so, and the Arabians in like manner with the Greeks. For they too call Perseus the son of Zeus, and it is after him that they declare the fish is named. Its size is that of the largest anthias; in appearance it is like a basse; its nose is somewhat hooked, and it is dappled with rings as it were of gold round its body, and these rings begin at the head at right angles to it and cease at the belly. It is armed with large teeth set close. It is said to surpass other fish in the strength and power of its body, neither is it wanting in courage. Theologians have also monopolised and corrupted the understanding of the Ugaritic language and culture, such as the books written by mentally unwell people such as Michael Williams and when i search Ugarit in youtube or google, its all theologians, horrendous corruption of the predecessor of Phoenician language.

Θώραξ — טור, טירה

These words appear in Ezekiel 46:23, see the third definition of Θώραξ "the breastwork of a wall, the outer wall". The first word, טור means Θώραξ and טירה means θωράκιον 'breastwork, parapet, the tower on the back of elephants, or rather the upper part became terminal ה exchanges with ν. cf. Παιάν/יהוה

This seem to describes a pipe through which water reached Jerusalem, vital for David to seize and compel the surrender of the stronghold.

ἐλπίς — תוחלת 'hope, expectation'

ἐλπίς an abstract noun formed with -τίς that converts to the prefix position, ת־, note that only τ is moved and the -ίς stays since it incorporates the ending.

The initial י exchanges with Ϝ since ἐλπίς was originally written ϝελπίς.

The first person of the subjunctive (generally plural) is used as exhortation and may be preceded by ἄγε (הבה) Lat. age'. from the 2nd person imperative of ἄγω.

This verse brings up Phoenician construction language and also affirms the homologues and also language involving in the manufacturing of bricks.

A brickworks is called πλινθεῖον and three dialectic forms of the word appear in the Bible. מלך, מלבן and מלכן. The base word is πλινθεῖον thus the π turns into מ, metathesis occurs between λι, the θ turns into ך or ב and מלך is an abbreviated form of מלכן.

The quasi-synonym word is κάμινος 'oven, furnace' , this is obviously the homologue of قمائن (Qamayin) in Arabic and appears as a pseudo god in Bible known as Chemosh or כמיש/כמוש, adjectival words, thus homologue with καμινώδης 'like an oven or furnace'. i.e Moloch (πλινθεῖον).

2 Samuel 12:31 reads 'made them pass through the brickkiln in the silly garbled translation, but the verb here is הֶעֱבִיר and these diacritics stress that this verb is not הַעֲבִיר.

הֶעֱבִיר - ἐκπυρόω 'burn to ashes, to be much heated, to become red-hot'

The meanings of Phoenicians are confused through theology, a popular name today is MARY, the written Greek is Μαρία, the effeminate ending α- turns into ־ה or ־ת. So the word would render into מארית or מאריה and Μάρθα (Martha) in an Aramaic construct since it includes the Aramaic definite article and ה as an ending turns into ν → μ (Μαρίαμ).

The initial מ־ is a prefix attached to ארי meaning 'Lion' and the homologue is θήρ (ή → ά) and with the prefixing מ־ with θηρίον quasi-homologue of λέαινα 'Lioness' (Lat. leaena).

This also explains why Mary is followed by the name Magdalene meaning μέγα θηρίον that is quasi-homologue with the Latin epithet Magna Leaena "Great Lioness". cf. μέγαλα λέαινα מגדול לביא i.e Fulvia.

This an important word that concerns the Ancient Phoenicians, this is the direct homologue of ὄπτησις by the prefix/suffix construction, the initial TAV represents -σις/-τις and is pronounced with the same vowels. ὄ/η.

ὄπτησις Roasting, frying; baking of bread, of pottery

The root of ὄπτησις is the verb ὀπτάω, the homologue of אפה.

It is not questioned why BLESS is near identical in the Mediterranean languages and PIE perverted its definition 'hallow with blood' yet the Greek word, εὔλογος compounds εὔ and λογος as does the Latin word, bene dico > benedicite.

The Hebrew word is ברך, a simple word that guises the Greek compound. ב (εὐ) רך (λόγ).

התברך κατευλογέω; strengthd. for εὐλογέω
ברוך εὐλογητός "blessed"
אברך εὔλογος 'as a name

εὐ- exchanges with אב־, ב־ and י־.

יפנה εὔφωνος 'euphonious, sweet-voiced, musical, loud-voiced, of a herald'
יפה εὐφυής 'well-grown, shapely, of good natural disposition'

Arabic linguists have also perverted its definition, for بارك it gives a verb meaning 'kneel down' which itself a homonym, The homologue of the verb προσκυνέω 'make obeisance, of the Oriental fashion of prostrating oneself before kings and superiors'
