Yeah. I always want to stick that n in there.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'd love to see an Ancient Egyptian and Akkadian study group form eventually. :P

I would also be fine with a group for Ancient Egyptian and another for Akkadian. I have this for Egyptian in print form, and it seems to be available on archive.org at least and maybe even Google Books.

I remember years back I had my parents buy me half of his dictionary. :P

Why, what's so funny about Budge? :P I'm pretty sure I bought this (well, my dad probably bought it for me) at Barnes & Noble when I was a teenager or something.

Which one is Hayes?

And I forgot to add that with Zólyomi, I planned to ask on here (i.e., ask you, Vijay!) about the linguistic terminology I didn't know.

Ok, then instead of trying to add a third contender into the ring, let's just stick with Zólyomi? Shall we continue on with the next section, or even part of the next section? I believe Antea said she'll try to catch up this week. I assume Eril is caught up.

Don't tempt me! I would be up for an Ancient Egyptian group. I've never been too intrigued by Akkadian.

Or for the Babylonian one?

If you're sure you don't want to do Hayes, I of course am fine with sticking with Zólyomi.

So you’re going to continue with the first textbook? That’s right?

And, as we are asking, I wonder if someone would be interested by a Coptic study group :hmm: ? :ohwell:

Yeah, I say we do, rather than keep debating about which resource is better, etc.

No problem, Vijay.

Nothing aside from his stuff is crap based upon what we now know about Ancient Egyptian, and it was also amusing to think you have stuff from the same author I used to have. :P
