I'm a new irish learner
I'm starting reading some articles on the internet, but I found that it's quite hard for the use of professional vocabularies

I read a word "íosbartaigh" which I couldn't find in any dict

I would appreciate if somebody can translate this article into English

This looks to me to be a nonstandard form of íobartach "victim" influenced by íospair "to maltreat".

So, this sentence:

Polaiteoirí ón SDLP, Alliance, Sinn Féin agus Comhaontas Glas atá i mbun an dúshlain seo, chomh maith le Raymond McCord, fear a labhraíonn thar ceann íosbartaigh ó thuaidh.

could be translated into:
Politicians from SDLP, Alliance, Sinn Féin and Green Party are in the process of this challenge, so is Raymond McCord who speaks for the sake of North

Right?

I would say "...who speaks for victims from the North". (McCord is well-known as a victims' rights advocate.)
