Sut mae?
Dw i wedi cwrdd â brawddeg pan mae'n wêl fod. Beth mae hi'n golygu? Deallwn i petai pan wêl fod, ond gyda mae'n does hi ddim yn ddealadwy. Dw i'n gwybod mai gweliff/gwelith yw gwêl, wrth gwrs.

It's ungrammatical as far as I can tell - possibly some kind of misanalysis of gwêl. It could be an attempt at dialect, of course - neither mutation of verbnouns and the form gwel for 'gweld' are particularly rare in speech.
