Sentence embellishment words/phrases in Welsh

In English we often put 'embellishment' words/phrases at the beginning or end of sentences or clauses to add natural discourse markers to our speech. This makes speech sound more natural and better paced. I want to know how this is done in Welsh, because I'd like to make my Welsh conversations sound more natural.

These embellishments include phatic functions such as...

- Exclamations and repetitions:-

'Oh!',

'Right on, You bet!,

'Uh-huh',

'Yes-yes!',

'No-no',

'Sure',

'Ok'

'Cool!'

'Nice one!'

- Pause fillers (“Well”, “Let’s say”, “You know”),

- Parenthetical elements (“In my opinion”, “Of course”, “Without a doubt”, “On the other hand/on the other hand”, “I’d say”),

- Rhetorical questions (“But, who really cares”),

- Also, how is 'erm' or 'um' used in Welsh? Like in English before answering a question we might go 'erm' or 'um' and then pause and think it out a bit before answering.

- When we're listening to someone speak to us, we might often nod our head and say 'is that so?' or 'really?' or 'Mm hmm'. How are these said in Welsh?

- At the end of sentences, we might say 'don't you think?' or 'isn't it?', e.g 'That house looks nice, don't you think?', or 'That's good, isn't it?'. Is there a way to tag these onto Welsh sentences?

Can these be translated literally into Welsh? And are these exact embellishments used in Welsh, or does Welsh have embellishments of its own that I haven't listed here? Basically if I translate these exactly and tag them on to sentences as you would in English, will that sound natural in Welsh?

Could you tell me what the Welsh equivalents to all these are and how/where they're used in sentences (if they're used differently to in English)? Thanks.

Are there any other popular idiomatic/slang expressions and embellishments used a lot in Welsh that I need to know?
