Tonalti!
Here are the words you can use for those terms:

Hair barrette - Tzonxahualli
Dance Regalia - Macehualiztilmatli
Pants - There are different words depending on the region. One option, according to the dictionary would be "caltzatl", but in most regions they use the word "pantalón", taken from Spanish.
Pottery - Tepalcayotl
Ring - Matzatzaztli

I'm not sure about the word "stripe" per se, but I know "with stripes" can be said "tzitzicuiltic" :)

No ome mitztli, Sonny, no huet oquich mitzon, chicome, in chiltic ocelot, auh no tepin, Jadis, yey, in nextic ica STRIPES. Ican't find the Nahuatl word for STRIPES in any database.
In Spanish, this is simple: una tigritta gris, a little grey tigress. Would this be a non-existing Nahuatl word because native Aztecs has no striped animal species?

I don't think so. The cacomixtle, for instance, has a striped tail. Anyway, as I said, my teacher told me it was tzitzicuiltic. Dunno.

Mizton, when I want to say "28 stones" - in Nahuatl: "cempohualli ihuan chicoyei tetl" or "cempohualli ihuan chicoyei teme" or "cempohualli teme ihuan chicoyei". what variant is right of them?

inic ce calmimilolli or calmimilolli inic ce?

now in many books words Nahuatl write like [na-oo-atl], nahui like [na-oo-ee], cihuatl [see-oo-atl]
is "h" letter silent in this word?

is stress in word with suffix -tzin on the last syllable? or on penultim.

Hello Iarant :)

Yes, maitl, ahuacatl, tetl, they are pronounced like that, but the TL is pronounced as well. Listen to the pronunciation of "ahuacatl" here: http://es.forvo.com/word/ahuacatl/#nah
It's the first link, by Benjamin.

"cempohualli ihuan chicoeyi tetl" is correct. In nahuatl, objects are seldom pluralized. You usually pluralize people, mainly.
"inic ce calmimilolli" is correct.

Yes, the H is silent in "Nahuatl", "Cihuatl", "Nahui".

Words with a "tzin" ending have the stress in the second to last syllable. "tlacAtzin" for instance.

FYI. The link to audiofiles is broken. I'm really interested in them. Could you fix this?

Hi, Mizton I'm looking for Nahuatl language course on the internet untill i found this forum of Unilang. I was very happy that you added an audio file, but when I clicked on it, it seems like the link is dead. So could you please repost a new link? I really want to learn Nahuatl language :|

Ok I fixed the link. There are a couple of files missing, I'm not sure what happened... But most of them are in there.

Thanks so much! :D

Everything's fine, thanks.

Actually they just say "Tonantzin" (our mother), as in the mother of everyone. Spaniards later used this term while converting people in Mexico, refering to Virgin Mary. But no, originally it means "Mother Earth" or "Mother Nature". If you want to emphazise, you can also say "Totlalnantzin", which can litteraly mean "Mother Earth", but can be used also to say "home land" or "home town".
