Another find, albeit indirectly from Twitter:

They offer a distance "immersion" certificate program in the language. I haven't looked too closely into it, but it looks interesting, even though it's not the dialect I'm interested in (SW Ojibwe, Minnesota, in particular).

They've also posted a couple sample videos up on youtube, to give an idea:
